About Us

We are pleased to introduce Sun Marine Academy (SMA), a premier Marine Training Institute for seafarers. Our academy offers courses designed to provide quality training and help seafarers and organizations comply with the requirements of ISPS Code, ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and safety and security standards. SMA is a joint initiative by a family of seafarers, including masters and senior DPOs with four decades of sailing experience on various types of FG and offshore ships. Our goal is to share our extensive knowledge and experience with the seafaring community and the marine industry. We are confident that today’s knowledge-thirsty seafarers will welcome the establishment of SMA. SMA is set for long and smooth sailing. Our campus is conveniently located at CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai. The center aims to provide cost-effective solutions to the ever-increasing training requirements of the offshore and marine industry. Training programs can be customized or scheduled to meet the specific needs of companies or groups of students.
